Rubber Bands

1. Must be worn 24 hours a day (including to bed) - unless otherwise instructed.

2. Remove elastics to eat, brush teeth, and to play sports.

3. Change elastics 2 to 3 times a day.

4. If you lose or run out of elastics, call the office and we can mail you some more.

5. Instructions were given on how to put elastics in your mouth along with a diagram on the back of your elastic bag.
